Aid Donations

These items were donated to Wool Aid, which is a group of knitters and crocheters who create warm handmade items for children in need around the world.

The brown sweater is a seamed raglan. The pattern is called Style 2 Turtle-Neck Jumper by Patons. This sweater will go to a young Buddhist monk or nun. These children must dress in certain colors and brown is one of those colors.

The violet sweater is a top-down raglan. The pattern is Knit for Kids Top Down Pullover by Diane Soucy for World Vision, Knit for Kids.

Pattern for mittens is The World’s Simplest Mittens by Tin Can Knits.

And the hat pattern is 1898 Hat by Kristine Byrnes.
